Outside body

The Forum provides a co-ordinated and co-operative approach to all aspects of road safety provision across the west of Scotland.  It is a partnership between the 12 local authorities and Police which pulls together the various professional expertise required to deliver effective road safety education, engineering and enforcement programmes.  Each authority takes turn to Chair the Forum.  It was Argyll and Bute’s turn during the course of 2007/08.
