Councillor Tommy MacPherson - Non Financial - Councillors Tommy MacPherson and Audrey Forrest declared a non-financial interest in item 21 of the agenda (Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP) 2026/27 - 2030/31) by reason that they were tenants of Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA). Having reviewed the content of the report, they did not feel that there was any substantive decision being taken and therefore advised that they would remain in the meeting during the consideration of this item of business.
