Councillor Gordon Blair - Non Financial - Councillor Gordon Blair advised that the application in respect of Giant’s Burn Wind Farm was within his Ward area. He confirmed that he'd had no involvement in this application and that he would remain in the meeting and take part in the consideration of the report which is dealt with at item 8 of this Minute.
