• Councillor Audrey Forrest - Non Financial - Councillor Audrey Forest declared a non-financial interest at item 9 – Dunoon Queen’s Hall – Project Close Out Report, as a board member of Live Argyll. She claimed the benefit of the Standards Commission dispensation as this is a Council appointment and advised that she would remain in the meeting.
