A report highlighting the use of emergency powers
by the Executive Director with responsibility for Development and
Infrastructure Services to facilitate the use of the Coal Pier Car Park in
Dunoon from 9 to 11 September 2022 for the National Powerboat Championships,
was before the Council for noting.
Decision
The Council noted the decision made by the
Executive Director regarding the fees and charges in relation to the event and
having due regard to the Council’s Constitution in terms of the use of
emergency powers.
