Committee details

The Harbour Board is authorised to discharge the powers and duties of the Council as a Single Harbour Authority in respect of general and specific statutory duties subject to the provisions of the Council’s Scheme of Delegation.

The Board is responsible for providing policy direction to officers/others involved in operational management and use of the facilities and for scrutinising implementation of these.
