2009. Councillor James Robb ceased to be
a Member of the Executive and Councillor Gary Mulvaney
joined the Executive.
Councillor Donald MacMillan was appointed to the Executive
on 21 January 2010 to replace Councillor Douglas Philand.
The following Councillors ceased to be Members of the
Executive on 6 December 2010:-
Councillors George Freeman, Councillor Donald Macdonald,
Councillor John Semple and Councillor Isobel Strong.
The following Members were appointed to the Executive on 6
December 2010:-
Councillor Rory Colville, Councillor Neil Mackay, Councillor
Bruce Marshall and Councillor Andrew Nisbet.
