NEW SCHOOLS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT - DUNOON PRIMARY SCHOOL Joint report by Executive Director – Customer Services and Acting Executive Director – Community Services Minutes: The Committee gave consideration to a report providing them with details of the Stage 1 Submission by hubNorth Scotland Ltd to provide a refurbished/part new build of Dunoon Primary School. Decision The Committee – 1. Noted the Dunoon
Primary School Project key programme dates as detailed in Paragraph 4.1 of the
submitted report. 2. Agreed the Stage 1 Submission
from hubNorth Scotland Ltd in respect of Dunoon Primary School.
The detail of which was referred to in Paragraph 4.3 of the submitted
report. 3.
Noted
the Council’s financial provision, as previously reported to the Policy and
Resources Committee on 18 August 2016, was unchanged following receipt of the
Stage 1 Submission for Dunoon Primary School. (Reference: Joint report by Executive Director - Customer
