Extract from Oban, Lorn and the Isles Community Planning Group on 12^th September 2012.

The Group discussed proposals for holding an annual area forum event in the Oban, Lorn and the Isles area. 

Decision

The Group agreed:-

                                             i.          To have daytime, twilight and weekend sessions in November 2013 that would include family activities.

                                           ii.          To engage and invite as many partners as possible to these sessions.

                                          iii.          To enter into meaningful discussions with young people as to the format these events should take.

                                         iv.          That the Area Governance Manager would give feedback to the Management Committee in April so the CPP can consider putting aside a budget for the event.
