The Minute of the previous meeting held on 12 August 2010 were approved as a true and correct record.

There were no Trustees attending from East Kintyre.

The report was noted by the members.

There were no Trustees attending from West Kintyre.

Members noted the report (which was tabled at the meeting).

The representative from Inveraray Wind Farm Trustees detailed details of their activities.

There were no representatives from ALienergy at the meeting.

Councillor Semple stated that, in his opinion, the report needed to be more focused outlining clearer progress and with more definitive performance management included.

Members noted the report.

Members considered the report from the Scottish Community Foundation.  They agreed that the report required further checking to ensure accuracy.

Action: Shirley MacLeod would instigate an internal  procedure to clarify issues contained with the report.   

It was agreed that a  letter would be drafted to all Trustees to ensure that they applied the criteria diligently.

David Lock (EON) informed Members that EON had a small amount of funding which would available to local organisations.  The criteria would be for them to demonstrate a benefit to the local community.
