The minute of the meeting of the Dunoon Common Good Fund held on the 4^th August 2015 was approved as a correct record.

Having been advised of the sums available for dispersal from the Fund, the Trustees determined to place a moratorium on dispersals until the Fund is reviewed.

The Committee resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the public for the following items of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.

Members considered an application from the Royal British Legion Scotland.

Decision

Members determined they were unable to award funds for this application on the grounds that the Dunoon Common Good Fund had insufficient funds available at this point.
