Dunoon Common Good Fund – 27 August 2013

The Minutes of the previous meeting of 27^th August 2013 were approved as a correct record.

The Committee resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 to exclude the public for the following item of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.

An application from the Regimental Association of Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Dunoon and Cowal was received by Members.

Decision

Given the apology submitted by Councillor McQueen, the meeting was inquorate and Members agreed this application in principle, subject to this being agreed at the next quorate meeting of the Dunoon Common Good Fund.
