Dunoon Common Good Fund held on 7 November 2012

The Minutes of the previous meeting of 7^th November 2012 were approved as a correct record.

The Committee resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 to exclude the public for the following item of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.

Members considered the detail of a report submitted by the Legal Services Manager (Commercial) in respect of land at Kilbride Road, Dunoon.

Decision

Members agreed to progress this matter by requesting that a full and comprehensive report on the potential for allotments to be developed at the site in partnership with the local Allotment Association be submitted for consideration at the October meeting of the Bute and Cowal Area Committee.
