The Minute of the previous meeting of the Rothesay Common Good Fund held on 1 November 2016 was approved as a true record. 

Members noted the thank you letters in relation to the previous awards  for Cowal Elderly Befrienders; Rothesay Academy – Sail Training and St Andrews (Grow Bute) Allotments. 

Members gave consideration to the application from Bute Youth Forum. 

Decision:

Members agreed to award the group £618.70.

The Chair, Councillor Strong enquired as to the position of the rental income property on Bute.  The Area Committee Manager advised that work relating to the Community Empowerment Act will include consideration of all Common Good property.
