Rothesay Common Good Fund -  6th November 2012

The Minutes of the Meeting of the Rothesay Common Good Fund held on 6^th November 2012 were approved as a correct record.

The Committee resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the public for the following items of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.

Bute Community Links Ltd

Members heard from the Area Governance Manager on an application to the Rothesay Common Good Fund from Bute Community Links (BCL) Ltd, to help with the costs associated with the minibus.

Decision

The Committee agreed to ask Bute Community Links Ltd to provide evidence of other funders applications and determine the application at a meeting on 21^st February 2013.
