		The Committee resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the public for the following items of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.
E1	4.	Application for Financial Assistance View the reasons why item 4. is restricted View the background to item 4. Minutes: Members heard from the Area Governance Manager on an application to the Rothesay Common Good Fund from Bute Community Links (BCL) Ltd, to help with the costs associated with the minibus. Decision The Committee agreed:- i. To ask Bute Community Links Ltd to apply to other funders and provide evidence of those applications before re-applying for the garage repair costs of the minibus. ii. The Area Governance Manager would advise Bute Community Links Ltd to contact the Social Enterprise Development Worker for assistance with the funding applications.
