		The Committee resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the public for the following items of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.
E1	4a	Rothesay & District Pipe Band View the reasons why item 4a is restricted View the background to item 4a Minutes: Members heard from the Area Governance Manger on an application to the Rothesay Common Good Fund from the Rothesay & District Pipe Band to help with travel costs to Sulzbach, Germany. Decision The Committee unanimously agreed to refuse the application due to it not meeting the Fund’s Criteria and asked that the Area Governance Manager invite the group to consider re-applying for funding towards capital expenditure.
