Apologies were received from Councillor John Armour.

The Area Governance Manager advised the Ward 1 Members present that

following a decision made by the Council at the meeting on Thursday 25 June 2015,

a temporary delegation had been given to the Executive Director of Customer

Services (or his representative) to determine applications in consultation with Ward 1

Members, and the decision of this meeting is recorded on that basis.

There were no declarations of interest intimated.

The Council resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 to exclude the press and public for the following item of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 6 respectively of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.

The Trustees reconsidered an application from Argyll FM.

Decision

The Trustees agreed to award £2,000 subject to confirmation that the accounts provided were the most recent.
