E1	4.	Financial Statement - Accountant View the reasons why item 4. is restricted View the background to item 4. Minutes: Efric McNeil of Dunlop & Co Chartered Accountants, took the Trustees through her financial statement detailing the current position and the transaction activity for the period. Decision The Trustees noted the statement and balance of income available and agreed that they are happy with the layout of the report, subject to a line being added to the statement which details the amount available for distribution. (Ref: Financial Statement by Accountant, Dunlop & Co dated 6^th December 2017, submitted).

		The Chair having declared a non-financial interest in Argyll FM Radio, left the room and took no part in the discussion on this item. Councillor Kelly took the Chair.

Decision The Trustees asked for further information on this application and agreed to hold a Special Common Good Fund meeting once this information has been received.
