Members gave consideration to a report detailing the current position of the investment transaction activity for the period.

Common Good Fund Applications (New)

Campbeltown Kintyre Rugby Club

Minutes:

Members gave consideration to the application from Campbeltown Kintyre Rugby Club.

 

Decision:

 

Members agreed to award the group £700.00, subject to the Club submitting a copy of their most recent audited accounts.

Common Good Fund Applications (Continued)

Kintyre Environmental Group

Minutes:

Members gave consideration to an email from the Secretary of the Kintyre Environmental Group advising that until such time as a decision has been made in relation to the future of the land used by the community garden, the group would not proceed with the application. 

 

Decision:

 

Members agreed to:

 

1.    note the contents of the email from the Secretary of the Kintyre Environmental Group; and  

2.    agreed that a new application may be submitted once the long term future of the community garden had been agreed.

Minutes:

There was no further business to discuss.

8.

Date of Next Meeting

The date, time and venue of the next meeting of the Campbeltown Common Good Fund has yet to be agreed. 

Minutes:

Members noted that this would be the last meeting of the Common Good Fund until after  the election of the new Council.  The Area Committee Manager advised that the next meeting of the Fund would be agreed following the first meeting of the new Council. 

 

The Chair thanked Members and staff for their support and commitment over the last five years.  Members also expressed their appreciation to the Chair.
