Kintyre Environmental Group Minutes: Members gave consideration to the application from Kintyre
Environmental Group and the additional information requested at the previous
meeting. Members noted that there needs
to be a uniformed approach to signage around the town and suggested that the
Group liaise with James Lafferty, Project Officer Campbeltown
THI and with the Campbeltown Heritage Trust to
produce more detailed plans for the proposed signage. Decision: Members agreed to continue consideration of this application to the next Meeting of the Common Good Fund to be held on Wednesday, 1 March 2017 to allow the applicant to submit more detailed plans for the proposed signage. |

Campbeltown Highland Games Minutes: Members gave consideration to a request from Campbeltown Running Club who had advised that the Highland
Games did not take place in 2016 as planned and were seeking agreement to use
the funds awarded in September 2016 to assist with the Highland Games in 2017.
The Games are planned to take place on Saturday 13 May 2017. Decision: Members agreed to the request. |
