There were no apologies for absence intimated. 

There were no declarations of interest intimated. 

The Minute of the previous meeting held on 7 January 2015 was approved as a true and correct record. 

Members considered a report detailing the current position of the investment transaction activity for the period 4 March 2015. 

Decision

1.    Members agreed to note the statement; and

2.    Requested that the Senior Area Committee Assistant ask the accountant, Mr Wright to make the available balance clearer in future statements. 

Members gave consideration to the application from Kintyre Group SWRI. 

Decision

Members agreed to award the group £500.

Members gave consideration to the application from the Campbeltown & District Juvenile Football Association.

Further information from the Association in support of the application was circulated to the Members.

Members agreed to award the group £2000.

Members gave consideration to the application from Castlehill Primary School.

Decision

Members agreed to award the school £200.

Members gave consideration to the application from Drumlemble Primary School.  Further information on the total cost of the project was provided to Members.   

Decision

Members agreed to award the school £400.

There were no thank you letters.   

There was no other business discussed. 

Members agreed that the next meeting would take place on Wednesday 3^rd June 2015 in Craighouse Village Hall, Isle of Jura.
