The Chair advised that due to the time and some attendees due to attend other meetings scheduled, that the meeting of the Campbeltown Common Good Fund would be adjourned and reconvened at a date to be confirmed.

Apologies Minutes: There were no apologies for
absence. The Governance Manager advised
that the Campbeltown Common Good Fund was inquorate and as such was a
consultation meeting. The Governance Manager further
advised the Trustees that following a decision made by Council at their meeting
on Thursday, 19 May 2022, a delegation had been given to the Executive Director
with responsibility for Legal and Regulatory Support (or his representative) to
determine applications in consultation with Ward 1 Members, and the decisions
made would be recorded on that basis. |

Declarations of Interest Minutes: Councillor
John Armour declared a non-financial interest in agenda item 5f (South Kintyre Development Trust), as
he is a member of the Development Trust. He advised that he did not consider
the connection to be significant and as such would remain in the meeting and
take part in discussion and decision on this item. |
