Minutes:

A report providing Trustees with information relating to the cost of the purchase of Oban Common Good Fund banners was considered.

 

Decision

 

The Trustees:-

 

  1. Agreed to order 2 banners from Digital Kangaroo at a total cost of £208.80 including vat; and
  2. Agreed to encourage successful applicants to use the banner to help advertise the Oban Common Good Fund to allow other organisations to apply for funding.

The Trustees noted the information provided.

Decision

 

The Trustees agreed to hold a Special Common Good Fund meeting when they have received their most recent and up to date accounts and invite OASIS to the meeting to allow the Trustees the opportunity to ask a list of questions they have in regards to this application.
