The Council resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 to exclude the press and public for the following terms of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 6 respectively of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.

The Trustees considered the application submitted by the Lorn Drama Group.

Decision:-

The Trustees agreed to award the full amount applied for of £1000.

Councillor Sir Jamie McGrigor joined the meeting during discussion of this item after some technical difficulties.

The Trustees considered the application submitted by Oban Gaelic Choir.

Decision:-

The Trustees agreed to award up to the sum of £1250 towards the cost of expenses for the Ceilidh Buffet event subject to the submission of relevant receipts/invoices.
