There were no apologies for absence.

There were no declarations of interest.

The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting and advised that his first task would be to establish if the Members of the Local Review Body (LRB) felt that they had sufficient information before them to come to a decision on the Review.

The Members discussed the further information before them which had been requested at their previous meeting on 11 June 2018.  They were in agreement that they would like to find a solution to accommodate the request from the Applicant for a variation to condition 4 of the planning consent.  The Members were of the opinion that there were exceptional circumstances in this case and that it may be possible to depart from the current roads construction guidelines. 

Decision

The Argyll and Bute LRB agreed to request from the Planning Officer an amended condition 4 which would give effect to the request that there would be no requirement for a footpath.  The condition should also provide a detailed specification of the road to a private road standard.
