Minutes:

The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting and introductions were made.  He explained that no person would present would be entitled to speak other than the Members of the Local Review Body (LRB) and Mr Reppke who would provide procedural advice if required.

He advised that his first task would be to establish if the Members of the Local Review Body (LRB) felt that they had sufficient information before them to come to a decision on the Review.

Both Councillor Currie and Douglas advised that they had sufficient information to come to a decision.  Councillor Douglas advised that she felt the issue was the car parking, roads and amenities available to the site.

The Chair, Councillor Kinniburgh also confirmed that he had sufficient information to come to a decision.  The Committee then considered the merits of the case de novo.

The Chair indicated that he believed that this matter turned on whether the properties had the necessary curtilage and amenity areas suitable for a permanent residence and he believed that they did not and therefore he moved that condition 11 should not be removed and that if a permanent residency is required then a further planning application should be submitted by the applicant.

Decision:

The Motion was unanimously agreed by the Argyll and Bute Local Review Body.
