There were no apologies for absence.

There were no declarations of interest.

The Chair, Councillor Kieron Green, welcomed everyone to the meeting.  He explained that no person present would be entitled to speak other than the Members of the Local Review Body (LRB) and the Governance, Risk and Safety Manager, who would provide procedural advice if required.

He referred to the first meeting on 6 August 2026 when it was agreed to request further information from the Applicant and Planning Officer and it was noted that this information, along with comments from Interested Parties was contained within the Agenda pack for today’s meeting .

He also advised that at the first meeting it had been agreed to hold an accompanied site inspection which, to date, had been unable to go ahead on 3 separate occasions due to inclement weather.

In advance of finding another date for the site inspection the Chair asked the Members of the LRB if there was any further information they would require at this stage.

All the Members of the LRB agreed that there was no further information they required at this time.

Decision

The Members of the LRB noted that Officers would make arrangements to find a new date for the accompanied inspection as soon as possible and that a further meeting of the LRB would be held following that site inspection, either on the same day or on a future date.
