The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

An apology for absence was intimated on behalf of Councillor Mark Irvine.

The Governance, Risk and Safety Manager advised that as the meeting was inquorate, no business could be transacted.  On this basis the Chair agreed that the meeting be adjourned to a future date, at a time to be confirmed by Committee Services.   It was noted that a new date for the site inspection, which was also unable to go ahead, would also be confirmed.
