Advance notification had been given by the Executive Director with responsibility for Legal and Regulatory Support that the meeting would be inquorate due to adverse weather conditions preventing travel to and from the island of Tiree on the same day by Members and Officers.

This meeting would be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.
