People First - Argyll Voluntary Action Minutes: Presentation by AVA: Workload of the group is shaped by communtiy. Consultation takes place with youth groups / at agricultural events / elderly / community events in order to reach as wide a range of people as possible. |

Viewpoint - Community Development Minutes: Community Development Officer gave a presentation and advised that funding had been obtained for 12 drama based sessions to be held throughout the area, funding covering venue costs, promotional and marketing materials – interested groups to apply to hold a session with their group. |

HM THE QUEEN'S DIAMOND JUBILEE BEACONS - 4TH JUNE 2012 Minutes: It was agreed to encourage local groups to carry this forward, due to the Council not being in a position to fund these celebrations at present. |

Minutes: Adrian Jackson-Stark gave a presentation on the Local Development Plan Main Issues Report and advised that consultation sessions have been arranged to enable community councils and members of the public to attend. Afternoon and evening sessions will be held in Oban on 2nd June, with further sessions being held in Tobermory on 7th June and on Tiree on a date to be confirmed. There will be a 9 week consultation period ending on 18th July 2011, with the finalised plan will be in place by January 2012. |
