The applicant wishes to vary the licence as follows:-

1)  To add off-sales to the licence.

2)  To amend the core hours for on-sales.

3) To add the following wording at Question 5(f) Any other activities:- A partly consumed bottle of wine may be taken as off-sales after a meal giving customers more control over their consumption. This would cover wine purchased  with a meal only. No other off-sales will be offered.

The applicant wishes to vary the licence as follows:-

1)  To amend the seasonal variation.

2)  To add a terminal hour of 9.00pm for the new outdoor area.

3)  To amend the capacity figure from 90 to 120.

4)  Addition of outdoor drinking and eating facilities in the grassed area adjacent to the premises on the lochside.

5)  To amend the description of the premises.

6)  Slight amendment to the children's and young person's conditions.

The applicant wishes to vary the licence as follows:-

1)  The premises has undergone a complete refurbishment and therefore change of layout of the premises.

2)  Removal of seasonal variaton.

3)  To add theatre, films and outdoor drinking as activities.

4)  To add the following wording at question 5(f) Any other activities:- 'At the discretion of the licensee, residents and guests of residents will be permitted to purchase and consume alcohol after the terminal hour.'

5)  Change to the wording at the Children and Young Person conditions.

6)  Increase in capacity from 200 to 250.

7)  Change of premises manager.

The applicants wish to vary the licence as follows:-

1)  To add off-sales to the licence.

2)  To add alcohol tasting events as an activity.

3)  To increase the capacity from 1250 to 1500.

4) Change to the layout plan as the premises has undergone a complete refurbishment.

The applicant wishes to vary the licence as follows:-

1)To amend the children and young persons conditions. Currently, children and young persons are not allowed in the public bar. The applicant wishes to change this so that they are permitted in this area until 8.00pm.

A copy of the letter from Police Scotland dated 16^th January is attached. The solicitor acting for the licence holder has requested that the hearing be continued to the June Meeting as he is unable to attend at this Licensing Board.

Revocation of Personal Licences where licence holders have not undertaken the required refresher training.
