CONSIDER JOINT GRIEVANCE APPEAL

Minutes:

There was submitted evidence on behalf of both Appellants and evidence was also led by Management.   The Committee agreed to adjourn to allow them to consider the submissions made and to obtain further legal advice on certain aspects of those submissions.  It was agreed with the representatives of management and the Appellants that when the Committee re-convened on 1 October 2009 neither side would be present and would be notified thereafter by Mr Reppke.

 

The Committee re-convened on Thursday 1 October 2009 at 9.30.a.m. at Kilmory, Lochgilphead, Argyll.

That the grounds of the Appeal have not been substantiated and the Appeal be therefore not upheld.
