1.	APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Robin Currie, Mary-Jean Devon, Roderick McCuish and Sandy Taylor.
2.	DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Minutes: Councillor George Freeman declared a non-financial interest as he is an objector to this application. He advised that he was aware that a request had been made for a continuation of this application. He confirmed that he had spoken with the other objectors and that they all had no objection to this request for continuation being granted.

It was requested that the hearing be rescheduled till after the end of November to allow the Applicant time to recuperate.
