3.	CIVIC GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 1982: APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF SKIN PIERCING AND TATTOOING LICENCE (M CARR, HELENSBURGH) Minutes: The Council’s Solicitor advised that notification had been received from Royal Mail that the report and documents posted to Ms Carr had been unable to be delivered. The Head of Governance and Law advised that the Hearing should be continued to another day so that the paperwork could be resent for delivery by Sheriff Officers.
