As Sgt Wilson had no questions the Chair invited him to speak on behalf of the representation made by Police Scotland. Police Sgt Wilson advised that Police Scotland had no objections to this Application and that the representation made was to confirm the Applicant’s previous convictions which had been disclosed in his Application form. As Mr MacKenzie had no questions the Chair invited questions from Members. Members’ Questions Councillor Currie sought and received clarification from Sgt Wilson on what the Customs and Excise Management Offence related to. Councillor Colville sought and received assurance from Mr MacKenzie that he no longer had any involvement with drugs.
