Apologies for absence were received from Councillors George Freeman, James McQueen and Sandy Taylor.

There were no declarations of interest.

The Head of Governance and Law advised that neither Taxi Operator was present for this Hearing and invited the Council’s Solicitor to provide an update to the Committee.

Mr Forrester advised that notification had been received from Royal Mail that the report and documents posted to Mr Shields and Mr Gibb had been unable to be delivered and as far as the Council’s Legal Team were aware the paperwork had not been collected from the sorting office.  He advised that this Hearing should be continued to another day so that the paperwork could be resent for delivery by Sheriff Officers.

Decision

Agreed to continued determination of this Hearing to a future date.
