Apologies for absence were received from Councillors George Freeman, James McQueen and Sandy Taylor.

There were no declarations of interest.

The Head of Governance and Law advised that this Hearing had been continued from 17 April 2013 so that the proper period of notice (14 days) could be afforded to the Applicant in respect of a late representation received from Environmental Health.  He advised that the Applicant was not present today and invited the Council’s Solicitor to provide an update to the Committee.

Mr Forrester confirmed that the Applicant had an impending Court Case on 29 May 2013  and that she had contacted the Council’s Legal Team to request a continuation of this Hearing until after this date.

Decision

Agreed to continue determination of this Application to a future date.
