CIVIC GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 1982: APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF TAXI DRIVER'S LICENCE (C LAMINGTON, HELENSBURGH) Minutes: Mr Reppke advised that prior notification had been received from the Applicant that he would be unable to attend the Hearing today due to a pre arranged holiday. He confirmed that the objector had been notified. The Chair ruled, and the Committee agreed, to adjourn this Hearing and reconvene on Wednesday 17 October 2012 at 2.00 pm in Kilmory, Lochgilphead.
