The Head of Governance and Law advised that the Applicant was not in attendance and that on checking with Royal Mail his letter advising of this Hearing, which was sent by recorded delivery, had been not been delivered.  He also advised that the complainer was unable to attend the Hearing today and recommended that the Committee continue this Hearing to a future date to enable both the Applicant and complainer to be in attendance.

Decision

Agreed to continue this Suspension Hearing to a future date.
