Mrs MacFadyen gave advice to the Committee that the applicant had made contact with the Licensing Section to inform them that her son had undergone a recent operation and that she did not feel in a position to leave him for any time.  She had requested that the Committee postpone consideration of her application to the meeting on 15 December 2010.

The Chairman suggested that the meeting should be continued to the December meeting and that the Licensing Section should write to Mrs Morris to advise her that the Committee would deal with her application at this meeting whether she was in attendance or not.

Decision

Agreed:-

1. To continue the application to the meeting on 15 December 2010.
2. That the Head of Governance and Law write to advise the applicant that the application will be determined at this meeting whether or not she is in attendance.
