Councillor Robertson declared a non-financial interest at item 12. Oban Bay Single Harbour Authority Update of the agenda citing her husband is the Chair of the Oban Life Boats and a Stakeholder in the bay. Councillor Robertson advised that her involvement was such that she did not require to leave the room and would take part in discussion of this item.
