Report by Simmers & Co

A financial statement detailing the current position Oban Common Good Fund was presented in order for the Trustees to set their budget for the coming year. 

Decision

The Trustees agreed to set a budget of £47,000 in respect of financial year 2019/20.

A financial statement detailing the current position of investment transaction for the period 1^st April 2018 to 28^th February 2019 was considered.

Decision

The Trustees noted the information provided and requested that the Area Governance Officer request a simplified version of the report going forward.

A financial statement detailing the current position of investment transaction for the period 1^st April 2018 – 30^th September 2018 was considered.

Decision

The Trustees noted the information provided.

The Trustees considered a report on the annual accounts of the Oban Common Good Fund.

Decision

The Trustees approved the annual accounts, requested that England and Wales be replaced with Scotland (page 16 of the agenda pack) and that the Area Governance Officer pass on a reworded section regarding the number of Trustees to Simmers & Co for future use.
