Report by Area Committee Manager

The Group considered a report providing information relating to the appointment of a Vice-Chair for the MAKI Area Community Planning Group, outlining the expected time commitment and giving information on the role.

Decision

The Group agreed:-

1. To continue consideration of this item to the next meeting; and
2. That the vacant Vice Chair position would be highlighted at all Inaugural Community Council meetings across the MAKI area.
