Report by Performance Management and Improvement Officer

The Committee considered a report on the Area Scorecard for financial quarter 1 of 2018-2019.

Decision

The Oban, Lorn and the Isles Area Committee:-

1.    Noted the performance presented on the scorecard and supporting commentary; and

2.    Agreed to note that work was ongoing and to respond to the Performance Management and Improvement Officer with requests or comments regarding the layout and format of the Report and Scorecard.

The Committee gave consideration to the Area Scorecard for financial quarter 1 of 2018-2019.

Decision

The Bute and Cowal Area Committee:-

1. Noted the performance presented on the scorecard and supporting commentary.

2. Agreed to the current level of data for Parking Penalty Notices (PPNs) and to contact the named responsible officer with specific requests regarding further statistical information and background on the PNNs issued within the Bute and Cowal Area and;

3. Noted that work was ongoing and to respond to the Performance Management and Improvement Officer with requests or comments regarding the layout and format of the Report and Scorecard.

The Committee considered the Area Scorecard report for financial quarter 4 of 2017-2018.

Decision

The Committee:-

1. Noted the performance presented on the scorecard and supporting commentary.
2. Considered and agreed to the inclusion and level of data for Parking Penalty Notices and to receive teacher absence at area level only.
3. Considered and agreed to the proposed method of presenting the Recycling of Waste information and removal of the Waste by Tonne measures.
4. Noted that work was ongoing and to respond to the Performance Management and Improvement Officer with requests or comments regarding the layout and format of the Report and Scorecard.

Decision

The Committee:-

1.    Noted the performance presented on the scorecard.

2.    considered and decided on option 1 Scorecard to be presented at Area Committee meetings.

3.    considered and decided on Option 2 when accessing Pyramid and;

4.    noted that work is ongoing and to respond to the Performance Management and Improvement Officer with requests or comments regarding the layout and format of the Report and Scorecard.
