Issue - meetings

Discussion took place around the End of Project Monitoring forms which we provide to applicants and the Area Committee Manager suggested we send this form out with all cheques and bring the forms to a meeting once a year.

Discussion took place around how the Campbeltown Common Good Fund currently pays applicants.  The Area Committee Manager advised that the possibility of bank transfer is currently being looked into rather than the cheque process which can take up to 2 weeks for organisations to receive.
