Briefing note by Community Governance Manager

The Community Governance Manager took the Group through a briefing report that highlighted the outcomes of the Superfast Broadband Rollout workshop held on the 27^th October 2016. Several members had attended the workshop and agreed that it had been very useful. It was also noted that one of the suggestions made by workshop participants regarding better communication with the wider community by providing written information locally as well as on line had already been actioned via advertising in the local press.

Decision

The Group noted the contents of the briefing note.
