The group gave consideration to a report outlining the proposed cycle of meetings within the Oban, Lorn and Isles (OLI) area from May 2016 to April 2017.
Decision
The group agreed to endorse the cycle of Community Planning Group meetings as detailed in the attached appendix.

The Area Governance Manager took the Group through a report on the proposed CPG meeting schedule for Bute and Cowal 2016/2017.
Decision
The Group:
1. Noted the contents of the report and;
2. Agreed the dates contained in the report.
3. Agreed to look into facilitating an evening meeting for November to be held in Dunoon Grammar School.
