Members considered an application from Light up Bute.

Decision

Members agreed in principle to award the sum of £1,000 to Light up Bute subject to receiving more information on the event as detailed below which meets the fund criteria:

1. Date and time of event
2. Venue of event
3. Total number of people that will be attending the event
4. More information on their accounts
5. Information on the Charitable Status of the organisation
6. Copy of the organisation Constitution
7. Details of other funding for the event

Members agreed that they would reconsider this application on Tuesday 7^th October.

Members considered an application from Light up Bute.

Decision

Members agreed to write to Light up Bute and ask them to come back with a revised application with more information on their Constitution, charitable status, finances and other organisations they have applied to for funding, and they would reconsider their application once this has been completed.
