Issue - meetings

The Trustees noted the outstanding commitments to date and noted that the final figure is still to be received from Oban Community Council regarding the underwrite they were given for the World War One Event.

The Trustees noted that there are currently no outstanding commitments to date.

The Chair advised the Group that Oban Shopmobility have now ceased trading as such and accordingly had withdrawn their application.

Decision

The Trustees noted the information provided and that the previously agreed grant was no longer required.

The Trustees noted that Argyllshire Gathering still have an underwrite of £5,000 and it was agreed that the Area Governance Assistant would write to them one last time and ask them for a copy of their accounts and to see if they still require the underwrite.
